Previous collection's work. 

For my previous assignment i designed a collection as a homage to Christchurch city and the earthquake effected buildings. I focussed my inspiration and designs mainly from the Cathedral square effected building especially the cathedral itself. Incorporating the 'Rose Window' into my print designs often. I wanted to create a collection which made everyone remember what Christchurch had in a good way, forgetting the sadness which is seen now and remembering the beautiful city as it should be. 

Assignment one concepts:

Mood board: This is the mood i created and what my finals were generated from. 

Final Illustrations: For my illustrations inspiration came from the structures and designs in the architecture in the Cathedral square. The scans don't really show the backgrounds very clearly.
